Simulación energética de edificios - software gratuito

Estudiar el balance energético en los edificios es cada vez más importante y por ello han surgido diversos software especializados que se encuentran en constante evolución.
 

Sobretodo para aquellos que se inician en el campo de la simulación o del estudio del balance energético o cuando se quiere estudiar el edificio en una etapa inicial de definición del proyecto os dejamos algunas herramientas que se han comentado en el foro de debate de Construction21 : Simulación energética de edificios (para acceder al foro se requiere registro previo)

Universidad de California (UCLA) -  Energy design tools 

 "All our Energy Design Tools are fast, easy to use, highly graphic, and free. Each has a built in demonstration. Each has an automatic INSTALL routine or a READ.ME file explaining how to use it. Building Energy Software Tools Directory
" This directory is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). DOE developed this directory because many Office of Building Technology, State and Community Program (BTS) programs develop software tools to help researchers, designers, architects, engineers, builders, code officials, and others involved in the building life-cycle to evaluate and rank potential energy-efficiency technologies and renewable energy strategies in new or existing buildings. Many of the 50 tools in the first version (August 1996) were sponsored by DOE at some point in their life-cycle. We welcome new additions to this directory."


Programa LIDER  (CTE)

 LIDER es la aplicación informática que permite cumplir con la opción general de verificación de la exigencia de Limitación de Demanda Energética establecida en el Documento Básico de la Habitabilidad y Energía del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE-HE1) y está patrocinada por el Ministerio de Vivienda y por el Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía (IDEA). Esta herramienta está diseñada para realizar la descripción geométrica, constructiva y operacional de los edificios, así como para llevar a cabo la mayor parte de los cálculos recogidos en el CTE-HE1 y para la impresión de la documentación administrativa pertinente.
